Mother's Day Gift Guide + One Thing I Love About My Mom!
Mother’s Day always seems to sneak up on me. But this year I was determined to start thinking about a gift for my mom before the week of the holiday rolled around. (In case you’re forgetful like me, Mother’s Day is on May 14th this year, which means it’s time to start thinking about Mother’s Day gifts NOW!)
My mom is the kindest, most encouraging mom out there and she no doubt deserves way more than any of the gifts I could wrap up and give to her. But of course, I want to be sure she knows I thought about her! And I think any of these fun little gifts would do the trick.
I kept this gift guide relatively inexpensive – every item is $50 or under! However, I think every item is a thoughtful, quality gifts you could proudly give to your mom. And if you feel like spending a little more, you can mix and match multiple items. (#4 & #9 would be such a cute combo!)
Mother's Day Gifts Under $50
Finally, I want to share one thing I love about my mom (she’s likely going to read this, so Momma - pretend this is a tiny part of your gift ;) My mom is truly the most supportive mom you could ask for. Whether it’s my day job, this blog, or whatever I’m most excited about at the moment – she is just as excited as I am, she encourages me, and she does whatever she can to help me succeed.
I attended a conference for work a few months ago (if you didn’t know, my day job is in marketing!) Every attendee had a referral link, and if your link was clicked a certain number of times, you got to use the VIP lounge at the conference and be entered for prizes. Not a huge deal, I know, but the high school athlete in me is still competitive and I wanted those freebies!
So, I sent the link to my mom for one ‘click’ and before I could even share the link with anyone else, she sent the link to her entire Sunday School class and got way more clicks than I even needed. (Probably not quite what the people putting on the conference had in mind, but oh well ;) That’s obviously a super small example, but it’s just a one of the many fun ways she helps me out no matter what I need, big or small.
Momma: I’m so thankful for every little thing you do to show me how much you love me. I hope you know how much I love you too! Happy Mother’s Day!
Okay, y’alls turn! I’d love to hear your favorite thing about your mom, grandmother, aunt, or special lady in your life. Let’s brag a little bit ;)
